If you need to replace your old pileup of a desktop PC, the HP Pavilion 1047cb-p7 (list $ 799 at Costco) is a no-muss, no problems doing that. This system of mid-tower comes with a 23-inch monitor, and includes a handful of additional equipment. Your processor will not impress multimedia power users may find yourself limited opportunities for expansion, and there is a fair amount of bloatware on the hard disk. But otherwise, the P7-end 1047cb is an artist and the value of a well.

The back office gives up multiple connectivity options: four USB 2.0 ports, VGA, DVI-D, Ethernet, and analogue audio. The system lacks eSATA and USB 3.0 ports, but comes with 802.11n Wi-Fi. The kit comes with VGA and DVI cables for connecting up to 1 920 by 1, 080 HP 2311x screen has an HDMI port on the screen, too, but the lack of one on the computer that makes unnecessary. Because the monitor does not have built-in speakers, you should use a small pair of HP flows into or provide your own.

It comes preloaded with its fair share of bloatware, but Blio, eBay, Snapfish, Kobo, Netflix, Hulu, Zino and Bing Bar.

HP Pavilion 1047cb P7 has a 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-2400 processor and 6 GB of RAM. This combination offers a wonderful computing experience. The pavilion was able to manage our multimedia tests in time, encoding a video in Handbrake to 1 minute 29 seconds, 2 seconds after the Editors' Choice HP Pavilion 1067cb P7. Both systems have the same amount of time, 3 minutes 31 seconds to apply 12 filters Photoshop CS5 in our test.
The P7-1047cb our test could not run 3DMark 11, but drove 11 frames per second (fps) in Crysis at 1280 x 720 resolution, on average retail. These results indicate that this team does not play well with high-end games in 3D, but could handle World of Warcraft, with torches, and even play of light, no problem. If you need a little more on the video front, the HP Pavilion 1067cb and p7-based discrete graphics work is a little better but not ideal for serious 3D gaming.
HP Pavilion 1047cb P7 is a business interest with the consumer in search of the whole package: PC, monitor, keyboard and mouse. And 'slightly altered, but not as much as, for example the Asus Essentio CM6850-07 ($ 829.99 list, 3.5 stars). Current Editors Choice 'P7 1067cb Hall becomes a bigger screen (25 inches) and a separate graphics card. But if your budget is limited, and graphics needs are modest, the HP Pavilion 1047cb P7 is a good way to go.
